The Bodyworker is one of the strongest, quietest, lightest and most rigid tables designs available. The Bodyworker Genesis comes standard with an adjustable face cradle, and the option to attach a prone position arm rest as pictured below. The table height is fully adjustable and has an incredible 8 height increments. The amazing thing is that the Bodyworker Genesis is a full size table at 1840mm long and 720mm wide with a high quality plywood base, and still weighs only 13.5 kg.
